Alison and Ray extend a warm friendly welcome. Visit England 'B and B' accreditation of 3 stars (the only one in Derbe Road).Recently awarded 5 out of 5 for National Food Hygiene Standards. Genuine guest book comments include: comfy beds spotless superb breakfast and excellent. A small private guest house with a friendly welcome. No facilities for smokers. Bedrooms are located on the first and second floor. Sorry no ground floor bedrooms. Relaxing informal ground floor lounge with adjoining bright dining room. All rooms have free WIFI access remote LCD flat screen TV's. Beverage tray hairdryer DAB Clock radio and fresh towels daily. Free public parking on road at front of guest house.
