All accommodations have balconies. Bathrooms feature complimentary toiletries and hair dryers. In addition to safes, guestrooms offer direct-dial phones with voice mail. Also included are blackout drapes/curtains and clock radios. Guests may request in-room massages, irons/ironing boards, and extra towels/bedding. Housekeeping is available daily. Guestrooms are all non-smoking.

Lower end of 3 star at best. They claim 5 star. Everything a bit tatty. General management needs major improvement. [ The hotel has been sold in last month and new owners say they have a major refurb].
4 resturants on site main resturant not good but special Resturants very good the fish resturant especially but one has to book early in the day. In the specalist resturants the free wine is very good quality. There is a hamburger bar open all day and at least 3 bars one is open untill one leaves [one night we were the last at 1.00 am !!
Staff very friendly helpful and chatty.
Faults - they do not tell guests about facilities.
No fridge in rooms [we learnt on last day available at 50$ US pw !!]
Local calls charged a 1$ US [local cost 5c]
4 hrs late check out 70$ US
Towel never supplied correctly
Generally the hotel needs better management. Were taken by a friend to see their time share unit [on the same site] - without doubt 5* So they can do it if they try.

Circumnavigate the Island by catermaran all day including lunch and free bar Snorkling and swimming £66 pp
Shirley Heights leave at 4pm back around 11pm Old battery high above English Harbour/Nelson's Dockyard Wonderful views both day and night Great Great Music BQ Dinner - cost we don't know taken by local friends

The supersaver room was so small that it was almost impossible to open my suitcase.
I asked if it was possible to upgrade and they wanted to charge me 108 US$ per night.
At check in all the girl was worried about was getting a deposit for the safe key. No information about the hotel was given at all.
I asked the front desk to book me a taxi to the airport as I had an early morning flight to St Lucia - it didn't come.

Top Tip:
The banks at Jolly Harbour were useful for money changing.
Buses from there into St John's much cheaper than using the hotel option.

“ i would rate this hotel 8 or 9 out of 10 everything is exactly as seen on the internet the only down side was the i booked was a super saver and i found it to be very small and basic.the service and staff were very helpfull and friendly
