What a waste of money!
We booked this hotel after doing a lot of travelling around and staying in hostels and wanted a bit more luxury. I saw they had a swimming pool and given the heat in mendoza though it would be good to relax and cool down. we arrived on the 22nd december, the summer and the pool was not filled. we got different excuses from different people but no apology. the hotel is furnished 1970's style and rapidly needs an update. The bedroom was dirty with heat stains on the wall and frayed carpet. You had to ask reception to turn the airconditioning on then when you are sleeping they turn it off. The breakfast is of poor quality. The reception staff were unwelcoming and unhelpful and to be honest quite rude. We asked where we could use a swimming pool and they didn't know and didn't care.
