“ Pool was closed and i get the feeling its always closed so wise to check first! Rooms are very very dated! The deluxe rooms are'nt we had to change because of broken air con second room much better! all in all good value and great location

The City Waters enjoys a very central location in the centre of Perth near the River Swan. The shopping malls, Perth's CBD, and Barrack Street Jetty are just a short walk away. There is sleeping for up to three adults or two adults and two children. Apartment-style, red brick building. This hotel has 58 one-bedrooms and 3 two-bedroom units. It provides free inner city transfer. Good location, 3-star accommodation which is good value for money, ideal for both the leisure and business traveller.
