“ Great value hotel. Clean , friendly and just what we needed. Good area for food.

“ The accomodation was very clean,well presented and well attended to by housekeeping staff.Good size room.The pool and spa was good too, very quiet.
situated in a quiet area just along from the busy streets full of shops,restaurants etc, so plenty of selection to eat out.However on the down side, as much as our room was lovely on the inside it overlooked a building site which woke you at 7am, very noisy and looks like it will be going on for some time.Upon check-in we were hit with a $100 taken off a credit card for use and restock of the mini bar which we had no intention of using and upon our 'stock check' found it to be missing an item to start with.This cost would make us incur an additional charge aswell as the charge for transfer of currency, an unacceptable charge when not using the facility.Hopefully this matter was sorted correctly by staff so we didnt incur any charges.Very dissapointed to discover that the bar and restaurant was closed during our stay, although found out breakfast was available on the last morning served in the restaurant, asked several members of staff regarding the closure and all confirmed that room service would still be charged for!! Several guests on our floor had ordered room service breakfast on our first morning's stay, the banging noise of trolley, knocking on doors and the use of their walkie talkie at the loudest volume at 6.30am did not go down well.The Hotel staff should have contacted guests informing them of closure as when choosing accomodation that is something you consider. Really not impressed.

“ Top Tip: Loads of great places to find a good breakfast at a cheaper cost and more enjoyable than that of the one we had at hotel.All attractions within walking distance and regular buses nearby.

“ Fantastic hotel in a great location for all Sydney's nightlife. Beach is about 30 min bus ride away. Approx 30 min walk to Circular Quay (Opera House etc). We stayed in a premium double room which had a small living area with sofa, tv, small table for 2 people separate to the bedroom.

Staff are all extremely friendly and helpful, would highly recommend for people looking for a reasonably priced hotel in a good location.

“ Very comfortable clean upmarket room, pleasantly furnished, good bed with quality linen and pillows etc. Quiet but central location, useful for restaurants, transport etc. Helpful staff.
