To call it a Hotel is just not accurate and can be misleading. The basic rooms were without air conitioning , without bathroom, nor did anyone claim they had them . When you add that there were animals in 'bins' outside and that people were going back and forth most of the evening / night outside doors/windows to chalets to restaurant , bars , toilets; and with the warning to 'dont handle the centipedes' ; it fell somewhat short.
There is nothing wrong with what seemed a holiday camp/Butlins from 1970 but just dont call it a hotel. As far as value for money , if you had the max of 4 people per room then probably but as a single occupancy it leads a lot to be desired .
