Although I booked two rooms together for our friends and ourselves, the receptionist gave us rooms a very long distance apart from each other. Problems with the luggage that was taken from us at the hotel door and arrival to our rooms, our friends luggage took 2 hours to arrive at their room.
Other than this, the staff in the food areas were very helpful.
