Too far out of town in the north of Adelaide.This means that no shuttle buses to airport are available and travellers have to use taxis. Expensive. Hotel is good but very strange arrangement for breakfast where this has been pre-purchased - one is only allowed a drink a cereal and a tea or coffee - if a cereal is selected you cannot have toast.This was rubbish.
Also had problem when taxi arranged by hotel to take us to airport did not turn upand hotel receptionist did not consider it her responsibility.Upshot was we arrived at airport 25 mins before plane was due to take off and if it hadn't been for very helpful airport staff we would have missed our flight.We are both aged 68 and this was not a good experience.
