“ Brilliant location next to Circular Quay. Beds are especially comfortable. Can't fault the hotel and always enjoy staying there. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Sydney.
“ Top Tip: Make the most of the proximity to the ferry terminal, buy a travelcard and try to do as much of your travel as possible by ferry - often the quickest way and always has amazing views.

This hotel definitely deserves its five stars. The hotel, its staff, its facilities and its food were first class.
We stayed in a City View room. These don't have the same great view as the rest but it was a great room for the money. The best was huge and probably the most comfortable one we have ever slept in.

Having booked 3 rooms, 8 nights all together for my wedding, Shangri-La offered better deals with free upgrade to the bride and groom, complimentary parking, champage and chocs on arrival.
Four Seasons were good, but not great.
