Still undergoing refurbishment which caused some problems. The reception desk was at times under pressure and not coping well. When I queried the lack of response from the direct key on the room telephone, I was told they couldn't always answer. The room was clean and comfortable. The view of Sydney Harbour Bridge was a bonus and the Rocks area is vibrant and centrally located for access to all the Sydney sights.
We would certainly recommend the hotel.
