“ Situated right in the middle of 'The Rocks' I was highly delighted to have a view of the harbour bridge from our bedroom! The staff at reception were very helpful and pointed us to some good value restaurants. I thought the breakfast menu quite expensive and would have preferred a 'value' menu for example coffee, juice and toast.
“ Top Tip: Although I had apprehensions about Sydney and the prices of restaurants I was very surprised. If you are there early in the week there are some great offers to be had around Circular Quay and Darling Harbour. Even on a Friday we had a 3 course meal overlooking the harbour bridge for around 25 pounds each. The bridge climb although expensive is worth it and I would go for the full climb every time. Went to the Italian restaurant behind the hotel on the last night - very disappointing and not worth a visit.

“ Top Tip: Fabulous patisserie/bistro opposite for breakfast (Barocque Bistro) & good Italian restaurant with outside seating behind hotel (Caminetto).

Hotel is well situated in the Rocks area of the city - exceptionally handy for the Opera House and Harbour Bridge. If going on cruise leaving from Sydney Cove it makes a great stop over before joining the cruise. In walkable distance of CBD and most areas of interest. Train station near by if want to explore further.
Hotel itself, clean and presentable - staff on recieption very helpful. Only took one meal in hotel (room service) which was reasonable value for money. Variety of resturants nearby so something is available to suit most tastes and budget.
Views from the roof terrace spectacular and photos in hotel guide accurate.

Top Tip:
Great treat was to visit a row of terrace houses built on the Rock in the 1800s. They were lived in (vertually unmodernised) until 2000. Entry by guided tour only - very well done. Its called Susannah's Place and cost about $8.00 for entry. Tour takes about an hour.

“ Brilliant location next to Circular Quay. Beds are especially comfortable. Can't fault the hotel and always enjoy staying there. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Sydney.

“ Staff were very friendly and helpful. Air Con in room wasn't very good, so glad we were there for Spring and not the height of Summer as it would have been too hot during the night. All in all, we were very pleased with the hotel and would recommend it in future. We didn't eat in the restaurant though, as we thought it was far too expensive .... $30 for a breakfast was a lot of money!

This hotel has a total of 170 guest rooms, as well as a Bridal spa room for a special romantic night in Sydney. The hotel has a safe, currency exchange facilities, lift access, a restaurant, room and laundry services and a car park. “ Fantastic hotel in a great location for all Sydney's nightlife. Beach is about 30 min bus ride away. Approx 30 min walk to Circular Quay (Opera House etc). We stayed in a premium double room which had a small living area with sofa, tv, small table for 2 people separate to the bedroom.
