The City Waters enjoys a very central location in the centre of Perth near the River Swan. The shopping malls, Perth's CBD, and Barrack Street Jetty are just a short walk away. All crockery and cutlery is supplied along with a kettle and toaster. The main room is comfortably set out with built-in robes, dining area, colour T.V., air conditioning and telephone. There is sleeping for up to three adults or two adults and two children. Apartment-style, red brick building. This hotel has 58 one-bedrooms and 3 two-bedroom units.
