Absolutely superb Hotel. Perfectly placed with excellent Room's and good Staff. Breakfast was very good with only the best Food used. We loved the Pool and the relaxation Room on the 6th Floor. The Hotel is decorated with Photo's of Innsbruck past and present which we liked. The Reception Staff were very helpful and friendly and the Breakfast Room Staff were some of the best we have yet to see, and we travel a lot!
All in all a very very good Hotel, I could not find one thing I did not like. We will return.
“ Top Tip: Go up to Hafeleker its worth every cent. Try the Strudel in the Café there...My Daughter loved it! The Achensee Steam Railway is great fun. Lanser See Lake on a Sunny Day is lovely.

“ This is a very attractiv , busy hote in a great location in the historic old town. They could do with employing more staff on reception as there was always quite a long wait. We were unable to park in the hotel car park although we had requested space and so had to park in a public car park across the square at an additional cost of €14. The room was comfortable and quiet, the bathroom great as it had a bath! Breakfast was excellent.
“ Top Tip: The location couldn't be better to explore the old town which is lovely

“ I have stayed in quite a few hotels in Innsbruck over the years and I certainly regard this as one of the very best.
“ Top Tip: The Tyrolean Landestheater is some 3 to 4 minutes walk away and has a truly imaginative and varied schedule for this Season (September 2011- July 2012).

“ Central to all amenities and the old town this hotel is ideally situated for exploring \ Innsbruck. Do not be put off that it is on a main road! Take your swimwear with you too.
“ Top Tip: Buy an Innsbruck pass for 24/48 hours and save yourself quite a lot of euros if you intend to sight-see.

Very well situated for the old town, with good views over the river. Extremely clean, with such a large variety of food at breakfast. Thought perhaps the reception staff could have had more knowledge of the surrounding area.
The room had no overnight ventilation (couldn't open window, as on a main road, and noisy) so consequently it was very hot and stuffy.
