No bell hop on arrival, he did move bags 10 ft to the trolley from the main front door but hen was not around when check in was complete so we took our own bags to the room. 1st request on arrival was for 40$ a night for services ( internet -but no wireless in the room, beach services etc). We registered surprise but after a 10 hr flight weren't ready to argue. Prices very expensive throughout all with service added but with gratuity options !. On checkout we were charged 12.50$ for bellhop services. we challenged again services which we felt were not in our contract and services not received. Duty manager could only mutter mandatory charges, again we had a flight ti catch so we paid up. Not a goodbye from the staff...Sheraton chain is off my list business and personal travel. Surprising and unsatisfactory. Will be checking if site advises of these charges
