Rooms were clean and maid service was daily. it would help if you know what time they called, it was different each day and we wanted to stay out of thier way
Entertainment was average to good.
Staff were in the main friendly
The birds were very annoying and I wouldn't return becasue if this. Staff tried to remove their droppings the best they could. Some one had to stay at the table for bird watch as they land and drink and eat from the table as soon as you moved away from it.
Tables for 2 or 3 people were aleays the furthest way and tukced in corners, I didn't like that
Hotel ws only 30% full when we left so felt a "ghost hotel"

Turtle beach Hotel was excellent - very clean, nicely presented with friendly staff. The resort wasn't too large and overwhelming, it was well laid out and tastefully done. The staff were excellent and that includes the beach staff.
The beach was stunning. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and would certainly go again.

“ The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The nightly entertainment was great, and the variety of food wonderful.
“ Top Tip: The hotel is situated on St Lawrence Gap and is roughly 15 mins walk away from the nightlife. The hotel is also on the beach. I hired a car for 2 days which cost £108 (this will depend on the conversion rate) and explore some of the Island myself. I have been to the Cliff before and it was fantastic, but as the hotel was all inc. I rarely dined out.

“ We found the hotel of a good quality. With no complaints, clean and very friendly staff. Food was always of a generally good quality. The staff always helped arrange trips and activities and I would not hesitate to return. Our only grumbles were that occasionally the service in the main restaraunt was a bit slow, the tennis court was not floodlit and the internet cafe was not equiped with enough PC's to meet demand ! I would suggest the 'Asiogos' restaurant for a kids free meal (under twelves are not allowed) with much better food than the other restaurants, all still all inclusive.
“ Top Tip: Outide the hotel there wasn't that much to draw us away as we were with our four year old son.We took advantage of the kids club which our son loved, he generally had tea and watched a movie in the evening giving us three to four hours of peace! However cabs are cheap and St Lawrence gap isnt far away. Also Oistins is definately worth a trip on a Friday night from 7pm onwards, again not far away, only five minutes in a cab. I would suggest definately hiring a car for a couple of days and getting round the Island, also Bridgetown is only twenty minutes away(the hotel lays on a free shuttle bus most 'shopping days') which has loads to do, the highlight for us was the Submarine which runs via the Bridgtown dock.

The distance from Malaga airport is just 5 km, while it benefits of easy access to transport: there is a bus service at the main entrance and the train station is only 800m away. The distance form the town centre is 2.5km.

“ I really enjoyed the stay and thought the breakfast was the best meal of the day. The room I had overlooked the gardens and pool and had a really relaxed atmosphere. The beach is really excellent with plenty of sun loungers and clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
