Fantastic location -very central - only few minutes walk from Grand Place.
Clean, basic rooms. Breakfast good on the 7th floor - excellent views of the city.
Only criticism is we were on the second floor & it was quite noisy with people walking past until early hours of morning - no great if you are a light sleeper!!

Hotel was really central, within easy walk from Central station and all the attractions i.e. Grand Place and Winter Wonderland. We asked for a room with a view and that's what we got, a fantastic view of the town hall. The room was basic but clean and although a little draft from the window the central heating made up for it. Our friends had a problem with the hairdryer in their room but by the time we came back in later in the day it was fixed.
Breakfast was really adequate and well stocked, only one little gripe and that was the toaster, 5 times through and still pale white......

“ Hotel was basic, clean, comfortable and well situated close to the Grand Place and you would have expected the area to be clean and well maintained. However, the road outside the hotel has been under repair for several months, while the cobble stone lanes are dangerous due to missing stones. The area is dirty with litter and the occasional beggar with the mandatory dogs can be found. I was looking forward to a similar experience that I had in Brugges, but not here, even the man in the tourist information centre did not rate the place as a tourist area and said we should have gone to other towns in the area. I was also surprised to be listening to singing from drunks in the street at 4am in the morning. Also there was no car park with the hotel which made the stay cost another £12 per night and a long walk with suitcases over the cobble streets
