“ I received the connecting rooms I had requested eventually but my friend had to talk to several people before he was assured that we would get them. I, as an older person, found the stairs from the entrance to reception very difficult. The staff were very friendly and the room service was excellent. My overall impression of the hotel is that it is very dark, the furniture very heavy and the carpets and curtains in the bedrooms very unattractive and old fashioned. The feeling I got was depressing.

I had booked seven rooms at the Conrad. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The travelrepublic price for the rooms was very competitive compared to other websites, including the hotel website.
This is an excellent hotel. Rooms were well presented and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection of food. It is nice to sit outside in the conservatory and enjoy breakfast.
The seating in the bar is very comfortable and there is good space.
It would be difficult to find fault with the Conrad Brussels.
“ Top Tip: There are a number of coffee shops in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Turn left as you leave the hotel, across the road and there are some very good and inexpensive coffee shops. There are also some very good restaurants in the neighbourhood.

“ This hotel is outstanding and well deserving of it's 5 star rating. Full marble bathrooms, slightly dated decor but makes you feel more olde worlde rather than just plain old! The service is excellent - umbrella's in each room are a nice touch for the rainy belgium weather! very central location, huge beds, great linen, nespresso machine in each room. Comfy bathrobes, great toiletries including nail buffer and mouthwash... bath and shower... tv and keyboard in each room. Only negatives would be there is no real parking nearby and the conrad parking is too pricey! wi fi is still an additional cost which i think is a bit outdated and the bar prices are quite high. If you can get a package that includes breakfast go for it! The buffet is spectacular but not worth paying for seperately
“ Top Tip: Exky is kind of like EAT in the UK so just great for snacks, but all healthy and very very tasty!
