“ This is an excellent hotel with very high standards of service and quality.The staff are very friendly and helpful.The breakfast was self service buffet and one of the best we've had with a massive range of food on offer of hot or cold.We also had meals and snacks there and found the same high quality for these as well.The rooms were clean and well appointed with tea/coffee making facilities,comfortable beds and air conditioning/heating.All in all it's a wonderful place to stay and we would not even consider staying anywhere else in Brussels now.
“ Top Tip: There wasn't much near the hotel in terms of eateries or entertainment but the metro station's only a few hundred yards away (ten mins to Trone/Troon).The hotel is in a quiet area which we prefer and the tour buses stop fairly close as do the city buses.If anyone wishes to take the tour we would take the red bus as it seems more frequent(we took the blue one before realising our mistake).

“ This hotel is a first-class hotel suitable for everyone but is used extrensively by business travellers - it is also very close to the European Parliament making it very convenient for visitors to Parliament. Breakfast is particularly good and it has a good bistro-type restaurant. Staff are very helpful.

“ The Renaissance is an excellent hotel very close to the European Parliament - I would say that it is mainly used by business people but would also be suitable for families and people on holiday. The staff and friendly and helpful, public areas are excellent and the rooms are of a high standard

“ Really nice hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful especially in the restaurant during breakfast service. The area where the hotel is located is quite laid back at weekends and some shops are closed, but very busy during the week with EU workers. Transport system is very good and centre is in easy reach.
“ Top Tip: Nearest Metro station is Trone/Troon (about 8 mins walk to hotel) which is 4/5 stops from Brussels Midi. You can get a day group metro pass for 10 Euros.
