Stanhope Brussels Hotel

“ The Stanhope hotel, has pushed itself almost right to the top of my list of best hotels in the world.
It has managed firmly lodged itself in at the number two spot.
It has a refined old-world elegance and charm, that many supposed 5 star hotels, would love to beleive they have, but cannot actually match this hotel.
The staff are one of the best assets of the hotel, always giving good advice and being able too solve any tiny problems should they arise in the first place.

“ Hotel was top class, room was georgeous, only gripe was we don't have credit or debit cards. We were staying for three nights and so had to give them 150 euros from our money we had took, as they wanted a deposit. We got this back the day we were leaving. Other then this it was great. Not near Grand Place though, quite a long walk.

“ I was very pleasantly surprised by the hotel especially the way the rooms were decorated in a subtle and tasteful way. The TV actually worked so did the bath and the shower. The ambiance was awesome as was the hearty breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel to any-one visiting Brussels.

“ Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Our room was spacious and clean and beautifully decorated. The staff were very friendly and all spoke English. Breakfast was lovely with a great choice of fresh fruit, meat and cheese. We would definitely go back!

“ Top Tip: We used the metro to get into town. Very easy to use and cheap too... far cheaper than the taxis. The hotel has parking but it was 25 Euros per night. We parked on the street instead and put money in the meter during the day which was far cheaper.
