Not a great deal of positives to say about this hotel -want to keep this review short as I could go on & on & on......
Basically, if you are planning a trip to Brussels - stay somewhere else.
Area not great - dirty & the few bars are all full of eastern european males - no females seen at anytime
Bedrooms are not great - some have been 'renovated' (unsure of their definition of this word) and they are VERY HOT - windows need to be kept open all day & all night - mention to staff and they open the fire escape door !!
No restaurant/bar facilities for the next 5 weeks, so no hot/cold drinks available anywhere in the hotel - we found this to be a real inconvenience as no facilities in the rooms either
Extra pillows etc, not available - they dont have any ! we asked for 2 more pillows but eventually got 1 as they told me it was taken fron another room so we couldnt have 2 !
Lots of lovely hotels near and around the Grand Place Square - just wished we'd stayed there instead.
Hotel Floris Ustel is more of a low budget hotel/hostel NOT a 3* as advertised.
