“ Hotel was top class, room was georgeous, only gripe was we don't have credit or debit cards. We were staying for three nights and so had to give them 150 euros from our money we had took, as they wanted a deposit. We got this back the day we were leaving. Other then this it was great. Not near Grand Place though, quite a long walk.

“ The hotel reception on our arrival was very busy, however when we ot to desk we were offered an upgrade to superior rooms which were exactly that the sevice from all staffwas excellent and they were very helpful. Breakfast was perfectly adequate and you could take you fill. Hotel in easy walking distance of central area of Brussels

The Sofitel Brussels Toison d'Or is an elegant hotel located in the highly fashionable Avenue Louise Quarter, probably the most exclusive shopping area and one of the best known sites in Brussels. The Grand Place is just a 15 minute walk away and the hotel has easy access to all parts of the city. All 170 tastefully decorated and high standard bedrooms have air conditioning, minibar, telephone and television. There is also a small fitness centre whilst the brasserie serves a variety of Belgian beers and light meals.

“ A very nice, very clean new hotel, with very friendly staff. The lady who own s & run s the bar & restaurant at this hotel, was very helpful with all the information we needed about Brussels & getting the bus & metro into town, her bar & the breakfast in the morning can only be described as first class.

“ This hotel is outstanding and well deserving of it's 5 star rating. Full marble bathrooms, slightly dated decor but makes you feel more olde worlde rather than just plain old! The service is excellent - umbrella's in each room are a nice touch for the rainy belgium weather! very central location, huge beds, great linen, nespresso machine in each room.
