Its location far enough away from the centre of Sunny Beach, meant that one's sleep was not affected by revellers late at night. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. Breakfasts were satisfying and catered for all tastes. Evening meals in the hotel were comprehensive and excellent value for money.

Our room with its small balcony was ideal.

My only complaint would be the bathroom. The shower's water outlet was not sufficient to take the water for a shower and seeped residual water on to the bathroom floor, where it went through another outlet nearer the sink. The net result was that the bathroom floor was always wet and slippy. But that minor blip it would been given 10/10

Top Tip: My tip would be to eat in Nessebar, a small town, 10 minutes away from Sunny Beach where the restaurants have good food and competitive prices.

My wife and I were slightly annoyed at being offered the same fare that we eat at home in Sunny Beach.

One restaurant we especially recommend is Old Nessabar- a seafood restaurant- with a spectacular vista of the sea and excellent food.

We arrived early, at 10 a.m. and still were able to check in as they had our room already cleaned. The hotel itself was very clean, fresher looking than many 4 stars hotels in Sunny Beach.
Our room was a family suit facing the pool but still we could hear the trafic from the main road. It was a good size bright room with a table, 2 chairs, small fridge and plenty of hangers in the wardrobe. The airconditioning worked fine but we didnt use it much. The room was cleaned daily, the towels were stained and changed every second day for the same stained ones, for 1 week the bed linen wasnt changed. What i didnt like was the wet floor in the bathroom, there was forming a puddle constantly, although the roomservice tried their best.
The breakfast was basic but ok for 3 stars and better than Premier Inn - the coffee wasn't great, but it you buy espresso from the bar its really good. At the restaurant we mostly had salads and pizzas for the kids, reasonably priced. The 2 bartenders, working on shifts, were serving in flipflops and spoke English good enough.
The pool area was smaller than we expected , the tiles looked brand new, mopped every morning with bleach(i could smell it, for inside of the hotel they used better fragrances), even the sun loungers were wiped from the morning dew.
In the gym nothing worked.
There is free wireless internet.
The old woman at the reception looks a bit grumpy but can be very useful whatever you ask her for.
I'll recommend bed and breakfast, the nearest shop is 3 min away and there is a huge choice of restaurants at a walking distance, as a family 2+2 we spent 50 leva per dinner.

Top Tip: you will need to bring beach towels and inflatable beds

Really nice hotel, the rooms were cleaned every day and towels and sheets changed regularly. It was on a main road which was quite noisy if you were that side of the hotel. Breakfast was a basic continental style nothing spectacular. The hotel staff spoke very little English but werealways very helpful. We would definetely stay there again. Be careful when crossing the main road near the hotel as even though there is a crossing not many cars stop for you.

Top Tip: Make sure you visit Nessebar old town it's well worth the visit.
