“ These are lovely chalets, but very very basic, in the kitchen only had 6 plates, no bowls to make breakfast, asked at reception for 2 bowls could not understand English. Had no plug in kitchen sink to wash up, asked for this at reception, kept saying tomorrow think that's all they know in English.

This newly-built apartment hotel is surrounded by centuries old snowy woods and perfect ski slopes, making it a wonderful choice for a winter holiday. While on hot summer days the coolness of the mountain makes any holiday completely relaxing, with the mountain routes and paths offering the chance to get really close to nature. The superb atmosphere of the mountain resort Borovets, and the comfortable rooms and apartments in the hotel are preconditions for a perfect holiday. “ The hotel was one of the furthest from the main slope but not too far that the walk was unbearable. The staff were friendly and all spoke english which was helpful.
