“ Hotel very close to the gondola - great location. We had studio which was quite large, clean towels and bedding changed regularly. Staff friendly. Could have had a clothes horse to dry wet ski clothing. Could have done with being a bit warmer in the rooms, although had heaters in each room. Overall a pleasant stay at the Bansko Royal Towers - would go back.

“ Ideal for a short stay in Bansko as its very close to the ski gondola and restaurants and bars. It's very basic but also very reasonably priced. The complex has a spa, gym and pool which are free to use. I've stayed here for the past three years due the value. This complex shows four stars due to the facilities but the rooms are very much a two/three star.
“ Top Tip: The complex is very close to everything in Bansko, without any noise
