“ Good 5 star hotel, rooms spacious and bathroom with separate toilet a bonus. Bathrooms have great walk in shower area and separate bath. Very contemporary decoration and fixtures. My only complaint was at breakfast which was good but should have more selection of hot dishes, and staff talking in breakfast room was off putting. The hotel is up a small cul-de-sac so not much to look out on. Spa massage was very good and generally the staff in the hotel were friendly and spoke good english. Unlike many hotels i have visited where the staff have a habit of looking busy when not actually doing anything useful, this was not one of them. Many times when exiting to lift at the front lobby i felt i was interrupting the reception staff from their daily chatter.
“ Top Tip: Good barbers just out on main street on other side of road, mainly old women cutting hair but got a cut worthy of a good hair saloon in London and it was only 10 leva

“ Excellent hotel really close to main attractons in Sofia. Very clean with excellent facilities. The bathroom was very luxurious. Staff were also vey friendly
“ Top Tip: The hotel is built on the remains of a Roman Ampitheatre so you need look no further for a bit of culture, The Alexander Nevsky Cathedral is also less than a five minute walk

“ Excellent location, set in the back streets of Sophia, but less than a 5 minutes walk to all the shops. The room was nice and large with views of the mountains in the distance. We would definitely go back again!

“ The Arena di Serdica was an amazing hotel, the staff were efficient, polite and spoke many languages. The bedroom was very large and comfortable, and the restaurant on the 9th floor had fantastic food at great prices too.
“ Top Tip: You must try the shropska salad with some rakia...brilliant before you meal.....brilliant.
