“ Accompanied disabled guest. Moving around the hotel was satisfactory, although we did have to use the service lift. Parking outside the hotel was largely unsatisfactory as although the hotel had about four allocated parking spaces in an adjacent car park, they were not guaranteed and the one public disabled space was almost permanently in use. Other facilities in the hotel were satisfactory.
