“ huge hotel difficult to navigate around . Great staff. Misleading room sizes. A quad room is only fit for two. A double does not mean a double bed. Had to upgrade at our own cost.

“ This was simply an outstanding hotel and exceptional value for money.It is located right in the village square which is the centre of the vibrant nightlife in Whistler.The room was fabulous and certainly of four star quality. It even had its own balcony with sun loungers!The staff could not have been more helpful..The Crystal made our stay in Whistler a magical experience.
“ Top Tip: The Old Spagetti Factory beside the hotel is definitely worth a visit.Lovely food and very reasonable prices.It would be advisable to book as it is VERY popular.
