Great comfortable base for exploring Toronoto.
Free wifi was handy as was the complimentary Internet in the reception for printing flight boarding passes.
Also located round the corner from Second cup and very easy to pick up a relatively cheap breakfast.

“ A great hotel, spacious room, good nightime view, gym and pool. Valet parking was very good. Good location on Yonge Street with lots of good bars, restaurants and shopping within a 10 minute walk in both directions. Would definitely use again

The hotel is OK, in a good location on Yonge Street. Comfortable rooms, strange bathroom layout though, separate sink. Our room wasn't cleaned one day and the reception staff weren't bothered, went down in the end to complain after waiting nearly an hour. We were told the room could be cleaned at 10pm, not good when you've got tired kids that need to sleep.
Also the toilet broke, got fixed and then the room flooded the day after. We were woken at midnight to be told it had leaked through 8 floors to the reception area so had to move rooms half an hour later. We were given free breakfast to compensate though, the breakfast was very good too.
The aircon is unit on the wall not build into the ceiling, so a bit noisy at night, wear earplugs! Overall an OK stay but would stay somewhere else next time. Don't get a room next to the ice machine, very noisy.
“ Top Tip: Cora's for breakfast, just down from the hotel on Carlton I think, is excellent for breakfast/brunch.
