“ Only ever three out of four elevators were working, and at one time down to two, and you were waiting ages!! And being on 19th floor, far to far to go up by stairs. On the whole had a good stay and would have no hesitation in recommending to potential customers.

We stayed over Halloween and were entertained by the young people in an array of costumes going out to have the time of their lives. Must say a special 'Thanks' to the girls who were dressed as a swarm of bees, you were all amazing! I must say we weren't disturbed when they returned and there was no evidence of their partying at all the following morning, other than plenty of blurry eyes.

Room clean and well tended by housekeeping staff. All the staff were helpful and friendly.

Oh, only other bit of criticism is that more often than not there were insufficient towels in pool area, however this was addressed when requested. Pity other users of pool were not considerate and request further towels when they took last one.
