Very stylish, bright and spacious. The people are extremely nice and the restaurant next door (with direct connection to the lobby) is amazing - so is the room service.
The rooms are very bright and modern. Not over-the-top decorated, yet cosy and spacious.
We had a great time there. The location is "dangerous" for shopping addicts as Robson Street is a fabulous retail mile.

First impressions were not good as they refused to store our luggage (one small case & one carry-on size holdall) for the 2 nights we were going to Whistler. We were upgraded from a standard room to a museum floor room on our return, though I'm not sure if that had anything to do with the luggage thing.
As we were upgraded from the standard room I can't comment on that - but the museum floor room seemed pretty much like a standard hotel room with the addition of 2 First Nations prints.
We asked for a kettle as we're not coffee drinkers & they did bring us one up about an hour later, so we were happy to get that.
Generally nothing outstanding but nothing hideous either.

Top Tip:
We ate at "inlets", the restaurant belonging to the Blue Horizon Hotel, across the road and on the block between Jervis & Bute Streets. Much cheaper than "O'Douls", with a good selection to suit most tastes.
I was looking for some First Nations silver jewellery & the cheapest place I found was "Silver Gallery", 1226 Robson (head to the right as you come out of the hotel)
