Had such a lovely stay here, room was very clean, good spacious bathroom with speakers connected to the TV, so could listen to the news in the am whilst in there. Staff was great, always helpful, friendly and ready to assist. I called front desk at 4am for a kettle as there was only a coffee maker in my room, it was delivered within a 5 mins with my morning paper (loved my free paper every morning). Cant remember ever opening a door for myself (apart from my room door), service was great.
What could change? the TV I think needs to be updated, the one in the room is big and outdated, a flat screen would have been nice and modern and gone with the rest of the decor.
Did not get to try the restaurant, gorgeous swimming pool and jacuzzi, but will do next time, def will stay again if in town.

“ Very central, ultra clean hotel. Atmosphere inside is almost 5 stars. The price for the room was very good for its quality and the reason was the nearby constuction site. However during my stay I could not hear any noise as I was warned. Staf is very friendly.
“ Top Tip: Robson street (probably the most charming in downtown Vancouver) is just one block away.

“ Great location and lots of great places for shopping. Pacific Centre is an underground shopping mall and perfect when it's raining. There was renovation from nearby hotel but could not hear anything from my room. The hotel lacked any leaflets on places of interest, however, the concierge was very helpful and very knowledgeable,
“ Top Tip: Public transport is excellent - take the sky train station from the airport to Vancouver City Centre and hotel is just around the corner, so you don't need to spend lots of money on a taxi. Once you have purchased your ticket you can use the sky train, bus or seabus and hop on and off as many times as you like within 90 minutes.

“ Stayed for 7 nights in late october.Hotel was nice and clean. Room was very clean, apart from some dust. Hotel was very modern looking. Heard others say that the lift was slow, but that was'nt my experience. The hotel's location is one of its best selling point. On the other hand, there was some major building works, right next door, but the noise did not really bother us (and my wife is a light sleeper!). Ate out most of the time and we did not make use of the hotel's facilities. Overall 4.5/5 for a good priced hotel, in a very central location.

1. Prima Taste...excellent Singaporean restaurant at 570 Robson Street (Great tasting food... the curry here is better than the Indian restaurants).
2. The Keg Steakhouse on Robson and Thurlow Streets (great atmosphere and excellent food and sevice).

“ Beautiful rooms - very clean, modern and stylish. Those at the front of the hotel can be quite noisy though with traffic and nightlife. We moved to the back of the hotel after the first night and it was much better - and the room was even nicer than the one at the front. Good selection for breakfast.
