The Residencial Santa Maria is family owned and was opened in the year 2000; it is in a perfect position from which to visit the town. The original build is from the Colonial era and was restored a few years ago; it is in the “Plateau” area in the historical centre of Praia, within easy reach of the typical market, restaurants and shops. There is a reception / salon which is used for breakfast and an area to relax through the day.
