“ We heard that you can enter Hong Kong by boat so we asked Reception where we need to go to do so. He arranged a taxi for us. Twenty minutes later we were dropped at a Ferry Terminal in the middle of nowhere. On entering we were told this Ferry only goes to the airport where we would have to remain until our flight 2 days later. Consequently, we had to get a another taxi to the other side of Shenzhen and enter Hong Kong by bus. Very disappointed with the poor information which ended up costly, time consuming and not what we had planned.
