“ The hotel was beautiful and the room was lovely having everything that was required. Only down side was that it would have been good if the reception had informed us (as a couple) that there was a conference on and another large party in and advised that breakfast would be very busy, our second breakfast we had in our room and was well worth doing to avoid the chaos downstairs.

Newly refurbished hotel in an excellent location for all central London leisure and business locations. The Days Hotel Waterloo offers excellent value for money combined with a superb location assuring both business and leisure clients a comfortable stay.
“ We stayed here a year ago, hence our return. Our room was very clean and well equipped although the bathroom shower was a little 'tired' with not very hot water in the morning. Staff were always helpful with bus and taxi information and the breakfasts, both continental and full English were excellent.

“ Second time we'd stayed in a H10 Hotel, first time in Madrid. H10 Waterloo was just as excellent. Clean, modern, stylish hotel near the Thames and close to other central London attractions. Champagne reception makes you feel welcome. Staff very polite, friendly and courteous. Delicious, varied breakfast. Pastries particularly good. Will stay at H10 hotels again in the future.
