Located next to the Albatross Beach just 800 meters from the historical city centre of Cavtat, this hotel is the ideal destination for families and water sport enthusiasts.
The beautiful beach is just across from the hotel on the other side of the seafront promenade. The hotel has a large swimming pool with a solarium terrace, lounges, restaurants, Internet points, a souvenir shop, conference rooms and tennis courts.
Because of the hotel's location on the Adriatic Sea we are able to offer a variety of water sports including waterskiing, windsurfing or banana boating. The hotel has 9 clay tennis courts and spaces for playing soccer, pool and petanque as well as bike rentals to see the surrounding area by bicycle.

To reach the hotel, exit the Cilipi Airport and go 1.5 km. Take the E65 / E80 / Route 8 exit.

Very average hotel, which is below norm for Iberostar. All-inclusive wasn't all inclusive - I had to argue with hotel manager for bottled mixers (I accept local beer/spirits of course, but not sub-standard tap top-ups for the mixer; she agreed to provide me with bottled in the end). Wine at meals was below standard, and food was very very average.
My expression to management was "I am disappointed". We use Iberostar hotels a lot, and this is the poorest we've stayed in.

“ Food very good and always plenty of choice - staff in restaurant very friendly and helpful as were all the staff in the hotel including cleaners and reception just the guy behind the upstairs bar - although efficient he could have smiled sometimes and been a bit more friendly. Nice Hotel but entertainment although ok was not the best especially the back ground music in the upstairs lounge and the music played around the pool area - there are only so many times you can listen to the hits of Elvis and Frank Sinatra before you start to go stir crazy - more variety PLEASE. We had a problem with our toilet one evening and reported it on the way down to evening meal and it was sorted straight away - we were well impressed. Overall enjoyed our stay
“ Top Tip: Take the lovely coastal walk to Cavtat bus station (about 20 minutes to half an hour depending opn how slowly you walk and catch a no. 10 bus to Dubrovnik 17 Kunar per person each way - you simply must visit the Old Town it's a not to miss. We wanted to visit Montenegro but getting there on local transpost was not really a go'er as because of the bus times you would only get a short time there otherwise an over night stay is an option but do you want the hassle !

“ We had a fabulous stay in late September- food and drink was excellent and the waiters were lovely. The entertainment staff were hilarious and Victor at the spa was invaluable when my mum hurt her back so badly she couldn't even stand up. He gave her several pysiotherapy massages and we were able to enjoy the rest of the holiday. The place was spotless and we'd love to return.

“ On the whole a good hotel. The buffet meals were good and the rooms were on the larger side. One problem is the indoor heated pool was not heated when we were there mid september. Also the gym was charged as an extra.

Beautiful location, pool area fantastic, food very good.
The rooms and beds appear to be ready for updating and some facilities like tennis courts are privately run, so require a fee and booking.
Staff very helpful and pleasant.

Grand Hotel Park - Dubrovnik is located in the centre of Dubrovnik, surrounded by a rich Mediterranean vegetation full of intensive colours and fragrances in its very carefully kept parks and are situated on the peaceful peninsula Lapad, on a promenade 200 metres from a lovely pebble beach. As well as being well known for the kindness of its personnel, the hotel offers various facilities for guests to enjoy such as indoor and outdoor pools, and there are some tennis courts located 100 metres away. All the rooms have Satellite TV, minibar, telephone, hairdryer and air-conditioning.
“ The staff were really pleasent, helpful and nice. The food was very good for a buffet, though could do with a bit more vegetarian meals. Access to spa and swimming pools. I really liked it. Easy access to a bus into town. Dull main bar unless someone was playing but affordable prices compared to main parts in Dubrovnik
