Thought the Hotel was excellent and the location brilliant - just a leisurely 10 minute walk from Dubrovnik Old Town. The rooms were very good with huge beds and spotlessly clean. The outdoor pool area stunning with fantastic views over the busy Adriatic and there never seemed to be a problem getting a sunbed. Can recommend the Sports Massage in the Spa although not for those with a low pain threshold!
Didn't try the restaurant on an evening - why would you with so many lovely eating places in the old town? but the lunch terrace restaurant was very nice. Will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends (not those with small children though as far too many hazards with its cliff edge location) and we will certainly stay there again.

“ We were very satisfied with all aspects of our hotel. There are many levels which are served by lifts and many steps which might not suit everyone eg. wheelchair users.
“ Top Tip: Short trip to Cavtat from the Old Port by ferry. Cable car ride to Mount Srd for superb views. Walk in the walled city and circular walk on the walls.

“ We had an excellant holiday at this hotel. Staff very very helpful we arrived at 11am and the room was ready for us which was a surprise. Also we had a sea view. The hotel is very clean and all facilities were good. We will recommend this to other people.
“ Top Tip: Lovely beach on the way to the old town which has a nice restaurant.

One of the finest locations and a marvellous view of the old town
A Quality Hotel - well worth paying the extra if you are able for a sea view room
Lots of staff with a cheerful attitude

Top Tip:
Lunch at the top of the cable car was surprisingly good - try the seafood risotto
2-4-1 cocktails at Victoria 6-8pm get the evening off to a great start
A day at Lapud is very chilled - great beach and beach bars

The hotel is spread out over both sides of the road
Food and drink at the hotel is expensive compaired to the surrounding area
Views from all public areas are fantastic
The best bar in the hotel is very quiet as most people do not seem to know it exists
The reception could not do more to help us and had one minor problem sorted by the maintenance team within 10 minutes

Top Tip:
Dubrovnick has over 100 restuarants but most serve the same menu
For inexpensive meals we found Storia and Mishtas to stand head and shoulders above the rest
For quality dinning it is worth finding Restuarant Dubrovnik
A boat trip to Cavtat was the highlight of the trips we went on

“ Excellent hotel in a brilliant location very close to the Pile gate into the old town. The staff were without exception helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and well equipped - the only comment I would make was that our room (135) was next to the lift down to the fitness centre, so it started operating early!
