I enjoyed my stay and couldn't praise the staff enough. I was glad of the comparative tranquility of the hotel, as Dubrovnik can become hectic when cruise liners are in dock.
The frequncy of the bus service into town enables you to plan your trips to escape the crowds.
“ Top Tip: The nearest decent supermarket is next the main bus terminal- for which you take the No 7 bus.

“ Excellent 3 star hotel (more like 4 star except decor a bit tatty in places and pool not cleaned very well). Staff were nice if you approach them with a smile. Location and facilities were very good. Definitely recommended as brilliant value for money in a lovely setting.
“ Top Tip: Search out the coastal walk from Argosy hotel to Lapad, unmissable especially as sun goes down.

“ Great hotel, definitely as good as any 4 star. Good food and the half board option was definitely worth it.Easy transfer from airport. The airport bus picks up after each plane arrival and takes only about 30 mins to get into centre of Dubrovnik. The local No 6 bus across the road from where the airport bus stops goes to the hotel which is the last stop. The local bus can be very busy with lots of passengers. We intend to go back to the same hotel next year.
