Good facilities, pools (indoor & out) & small well equipped gym. Good clean room. We had nw facing room (with nice views over the harbour) that didn't get too hot in the day or night but also had air conditioning. Good bathroom with shower over bath, bidet, sink & plenty of hot water and a built in hair drier which my other half really appreciated. Huge 7ft bed! Towels & room made up daily.
Good choice in the half board buffet restaurant of fairly plain but good cooked food, beef, pork,fish, pasta,calamari one day, roast med veggies, smash, chunky chips; plenty of salads, great soup, really good choice of quality bread & rolls, fresh fruit. Suffers the usual weakness of buffet restaurants - food could be hotter, although there should be no reason for fried eggs to be cold immediately the restaurant opens for breakfast.
They need a faster toaster at breakfast and keeping most of the food hot (or at least when freshly brought out) should be easy & lets them down a bit on what is still IMHO pretty damn good.

“ Top Tip: Bus stop 10 minutes walk from the hotel for trips into Pula town.
