This beautiful house was built in the late 19th Century. On the ground floor of the villa was once the only spices and delicacies shop in Opatija. The beach is only 100 meters from apartments and that is also the distance to the Ambasador Hotel and the promenade Lungomare. The green market is in the vicinity of the house. Behind the villa is a private locked parking space, entrances to apartments and a terrace with a grill. In front of the house is a large terrace with table and chairs and a barbecue for a long relaxing evenings.
