The apartments are located is a newly built, family-owned house. There are 5 different apartments available.The apartment complex is situated in tranquil Koeino, just 10 minutes away from Zadar. It is the perfect location for a peaceful and relaxing family holiday, with the sea front just a stone's throw away. The nearest access to public transport is just 1.5 km away.

The bus and train stations are 10 km away.All apartments come with kitchenette, bedrooms with double beds and bathroom. In addition some offer a balcony. The kitchenettes come with all the necessary utensils and appliances (including fridge). Every apartment comes with satellite TV and its own private parking.Check-in is after 1 pm and check-out is before 11 am.

“ The room was cosy and clean with air conditioning and the owners very friendly and helpful.

The place is difficult to find as it's actually in village Kozino, not Petracane. See top tips.

“ Top Tip: This apartment is in the village Kozino (Primorje) pronounced (Koz-ee-know, pri-more-ay) and means Kozino (by the sea). Look for street 23 when your on Ulica road, then apartment 18. This is what to tell your taxi driver in order to get home!

There is a path through the forest so that you can walk to Petracane which has a few restaurants.

“ Hotel was great but when we arrived at Zadar airport no one new where it was - airport officials or any of the taxi drivers. We ended having to pay for a separate, extremely expensive hotel for the first night. The next day we found out (through making numerous international phone calls) that the address you had supplied us with was wrong, so when we arrived at our very lovely accomodation, we only enjoyed it for one night. I would really like to be reimbursed for this inconvenience.
