Ambos Mundos Boutique Hotel

“ We have stayed at three different occasions in three different rooms at the Ambos Mundos. Whilst the lobby and public areas are maintained very well, the rooms, especially the bathrooms are not. The toilet flush wasn't working in two rooms, the bathtubs were leaking and basically flooding the entire bathroom. Instead of air - water came out of the aircondition in the bathroom and continued dripping all night long so that the bathroom had a wet floor in the morning. The breakfast is below average. From 09.30am there was just very little or no supply to stock up the buffet. Ham and cheese were out and the eggs were a poor quality. Service was lacking and very slow and only worked with tip. I stayed in other hotels in Havana in the old town, for less money and had a more satisfying experience. I would not return or recommend this hotel.
