“ Rooms are nice and the breakfast is good. Beware that there is a flamenco show each night in the restaurant downstairs at 9pm which last 1.5 hours. It's great, but noisy if you are trying to sleep.
“ Top Tip: The "chocolate museum" on the corner near the hotel is a great place to stop and get a break for both hot chocolate and chocolates.

“ It is more rooms above a restaurant than a hotel. I had a balcony overlooking the street to watch the world go by. The room was good. In the night time they have flamenco in the restaurant, which is interesting. They had a problem with the laundry so had no towels. They had double booked me the first night I arrived so they took me to another hotel around the corner for one night, Bertran de la Santa Cruz (which was actually nicer). In general it was good. The location is excellent.

The room was large and in a great location in Old Havana. The bathroom was not especially clean but overall was within expectation compared with other hotels I stayed at in Cuba.
The restaurant downstairs does have a show until 11pm which is entertaining but clearly heard in the room. It does seem to finish on time so not a problem unless you are after an early night.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall a good Cuban hotel in a convenient location.
Recommend asking the taxi driver to drop you off at Plaza De San Francisco as a number of roads in Old Havana are closed to traffic. Fare from airport was approximately CUC20.

Lovely small hotel. The hotel only had 5 rooms, and was more of a restaurant with rooms upstairs rather than a hotel.
The rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly. They were sometimes a bit slow with their service, and unlike larger hotels did not provide any information about the local area. I wanted help booking a restaurant in Havana, and they were not very helpful. I think the main problem was because the restaurant and hotel were both run by the same staff, there was no specific hotel desk or hotel staff. All queries/check-in etc had to be dealt with at the bar in the restaurant.
It is also important to note that each night in the restaurant there is live music and flamenco dancing performances until 11pm. The music can be heard in the rooms, so guests hoping for a quiet evening with early nights should find alternate accommodation!
The dancing and music is wonderful though, and makes it very atmospheric! Overall, I was very pleased with my stay.

Top Tip:
La Taberna de Muralla - a bar that brews it's own beer, it is located on Plaza Vieja, a one minute walk from the hotel. A lovely place to eat and have a drink. The tables are out in the open air plaza, and it's got a lovely feel.
