Dome Beach Hotel

“ Visited June 2011.Stayed on B&B basis.Breakfast was buffet style.Never used evening entertainment,kids club or resturant other than for breakfast, so unable to comment on any of it.Ice creams in the hotel were very expensive.Only real complaint would be the cleanliness of our room which was on the ground floor.We had a problem with ants coming in and these tiny flies which seemed to come out at night from behind the wooden headboard panel which was screwed to the wall.

“ Top Tip: Palazzo Bianco Restaurant next to the square.Great food, great customer service and a great play area for the children with a bouncy castle,slide etc which can only be accessed via the restaurant.
Enabled us to enjoy our meal without having to worry about entertaining the children.

“ The Dome was not our first choice but was offered because the AnnMaria was not open for our visit. Could not fault the hotel or service. We had to ask for a room change as our request for ground floor accom had been overlooked, this was offered on the following morning as it was 11.00 when we booked in.

“ I stayed in this hotel lst year an it has improved vastly. The breakfast was of a better standard and they obviously addressed the issue with regards to the air conditioning. The hote it situated right next to one of the islands premier sandy beaches and has two amazing pool areas. The staff were very friendly and all in all, i really enjoyed my stay.

“ Top Tip: If you would like some traditional very good qaulity Greek Cypriot kebabs head down towards Napa and do a left at the fork where the Mexican restaurant is and follow the road round. Continue left at the top of the road and on you right hand side is a souvlaki house called Elma. Very cheap; 5 Euros for a traditional pitta of souvlakia. Highly recommended.
