Had a great time with 16 of us and the hotel had a great location with a small supermarket just out the back which was about a minute walk. the pool was bigger than i expected although pretty warm in the heat and the pool bar offered great food/snacks/ drinks.
The hotel layout was great with separate 7 blocks with 2 floors so we didnt have to climb up and down stairs very much to get to our rooms.
Its pretty close to the main strip about a 5 minute walk so the hotel was peaceful at night. I didnt do much cooking but the was a microwave oven with 2 hobs which was good.
overall we had a great time and did not want to come back!

Top Tip:
Buying washing up liquid is a good idea as alot of the cutlery and pans arent that clean. bring s towel as they dont always give you clean ones and the supermarket right across the road behind the hotel seems to be one of the cheapest.
we hired 2 quad bikes and went out on them one evening which was a great way to see the main town instead of just the clubs every night.

“ I was disappointed that we were not actually put in the advertised hotel. We were actually in Kaos Apartments. The room was well equipped however there was a huge problem with an ant infestation that made it impossible to keep any food in the cupboards. Other than this the location was great!
“ Top Tip: Nissi Beach is amazing!

“ After arriving in Ayia Napa at 5am Monday 23rd July 2008 , we arrived at the Iphigneia Hotel and told we would not be staying there as there was no room. We got moved to a family hotel in Portaras, which we were told was a 10 min walk to Ayia Napa, more like a 10 min taxi ride costing 50 euros. This was not a good hotel or location for 6 21 year olds wanting to be close to the clubs and the nightlife of Ayia Napa. After arriving there and made to wait for the manager we got talking to 11 lads from Manchester and exactly the same thing had happened to them, but they had arrived the day before and had to stay a night in the hotel before they got moved. We found out later in the day that when we booked our holiday through Travel Republic, the Iphigeneia hotel's booking system had gone done and they eneded up double booking the rooms, which was no fault of Travel Republic's. After phoning our rep who had no idea of what had happened, and a day of complaining we eventually got moved to the Senator Apartments in Ayia Napa, which is where the 11 Manchester lads got moved to also. We all had a brilliant time in this hotel and would like to thank our rep Louisa for sorting us out!! Would definitely recommend Travel Republic but not the Iphigeneia Apartments!

Top Tip:
Nissi Beach is a must and the quad bike hire next to the Senator hotel is excellent and a great way to see the island!!
Bedrock is a great bar to visit in Ayia Napa square and serves the best Virgin Mistake cocktail lol
