Built in 2002, this 3-floor hotel comprises a total of 108 rooms and facilities include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange bureau and a lift. Moreover, there is a cafe, a bar, a games room, a TV room, an air-conditioned restaurant with a non-smoking area and highchairs for infants as well as a conference room. There are room and laundry services, a car park and, for younger guests, a kids' club and a playground where they may let off steam.The hotel lies just 150 m from the sandy beach of Nissi within a short distance of shopping venues, restaurants, bars and links to the public transport network. The lively centre of Ayia Napa and many more entertainment venues can be reached in just 25 minutes walk of by making use of the regular public bus service.The welcoming, air-conditioned rooms each come with a bathroom, a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a radio, a fridge (for an additional fee), tiling, central heating, a hire safe and a balcony (selected rooms enjoy views out over the sea).In the well-kept outdoor complex is a swimming pool with a children's pool, a pool/ snack bar and sun loungers and parasols that have been laid out ready for use.
There is also an indoor pool, a gym and, on payment of an additional fee, guest may make use of the Jacuzzi, sauna, steam baths and massage service. Sports such as tennis (floodlighting at an extra charge), table tennis, aerobics and road/ mountain bike hire may be tried out. Billiards and minigolf are available and the regular entertainment programme with live music and shows provides some variation and amusement.

Enjoyed our stay overall but gym equipment needed updating! Also indoor pool, the lights never seemed to work and was quite cold. Very dark going down to pool/gym area. Tennis court was great. Hairdryer in bungalow didnt work, took a couple of times to get it changed, then still broke?
Hotel was in a handy position, close to beaches and would probably stay there again

Top Tip:
Nissi beach is the closest, very nice but quite busy, October. Landa beach 15 minutes to the right is beautiful and a quieter.
Andreas Beach Bar is really friendly with a great guy who owns it.

“ 1st time on an allinclusive holiday and we were unsure if we would like the food as we can be fussy at times all i can say is my husband and i and our 2 children are now on diets as to the excelent choice of food avaliable. The only down side to this all inclusive holiday was the evening entertainment which was poor. And the nights there was no entertainment the bar staff played rave music which was normally the same song replayed over and over so remember to take extra money as you will not last past 9 o'clock. We stayed in the bungalows and are described as being at the back of the hotel but what was not mentioned was that you have to cross a main road to enter the hotel this was not a problem for us as my children are older but if i had young kids with me i would have prefered to stay in the hotel.

“ Top Tip: Try the Garden Inn for a meal - fantastic range of dishes on the menu and excellent service. 2 minute walk from hotel.
