This modern and familial hotel was completely renovated in 2004. The hotel comprises a total of 147 rooms throughout the 4-storey main building and the 3-storey annexe block. Guests may make use of the foyer with 24-hour reception desk, a lift, a safe and a currency exchange counter. In addition, there is a cafe, a bar, a hairdresser or a TV area for guests to enjoy. There is also an air-conditioned restaurant with a smoking and non-smoking area as well as highchairs for children available to guests. Furthermore, there are conference rooms, a public Internet terminal, a room and laundry service as well as washing machines (additional charges apply) to be made use of by guests. Younger guests may let off steam in the playground and participate in the kids' club activities. Those arriving by car may take advantage of the car park. the hotel was easy to find. situated on the main road, situated in a small bay. right on the beach. rooms were a little dated but very clean,as was the whole hotel. staff were welcoming and helpful.
Although we went during the winter time some of the activitites were not available we enjoyed the stay. gym sauna jacuzi and both indoor and outdoor pools were available , and all areas were kept very clean. food was excellent with a large selection at both breakfast and dinner time. dinner had a different theme each night.
entertainment ok but it was winter time.

“ food at this hotel was brillant really hot and excellent choice, rooms alittle tired for a four star. The two things that let this hotel down is the manager who was not at all friendly he didnt smile or say thankyou or please, and the greeting from the young blond receptionist was terrible, she never said have a pleasent stay or give us a voucher for the last day of our holiday as we missed evening meal upon arrival, we didnt even get offered fruit or a bottle of water. on entrance to our room a large pool of water was all over the floor from the fridge, my husband went to reception and asked for this to be cleaned he was told tomorrow after he was persistant they did send a maid who had to mop the water up. on our last day we were given two towels for the coursety room and both towels was stained and holes in them, I did tell the manager and he never offered an apology, it was if so what? apart from these little hipcups we found the restuarant and all the other staff was really friendly and helpfull, pity the manager wasn't as friendly and helpfull like the rest of his staff. we would recommend this hotel and did have a excellent holiday.

Queen Vic @ the harbour good food .
Romeos Bar about 10 mins away,£2.20c a pint of Keo also have an singer in residence.

This modern complex enjoys a prime location in the resort of Ayia Napa and has views over the beach and the Mediterranean Sea. Studios and apartments have open plan lounge with kitchenette, air conditioning, direct dial telephone, TV, oven, kettle, toaster, mini fridge, safe box, bath/shower, balcony or veranda. There is an indoor restaurant serving a wide variety of international and local specialities with an extended choice of local wines, also serving a daily breakfast buffet. Facilities include a large outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool, children’s paddle pool, fitness centre, two tennis courts and sauna.
“ We were very pleased with the Hotel but found that at this time of year it was not possible to swim as the outdoor pool was not heated and the indoor pool was very small and cold even though it was supposed to be heated,that was a great disappointment as my daughter and myself love to swim.

“ If you like Scandinavians, who like to keep themselves to themselves and are not very friendly, this hotel is for you. The staff were pleasant and helpful, especially reception. It is right on the small beach so you have the pool and beach as an option, it was very hot when we were there but managed to get sun beds OK.
