Went with an open mind after reading lots of differing reviews. Rooms are clean, good size & have inclusive air con in both living & bedroom, which is a must in Aug! Pool is excellent size & depth, in addition had a good size kids pool. There are plenty of sunbeds BUT they were mostly reserved on an almost permanent basis by other guests abusing the system, i.e. putting towels on the night before then not using beds for most of the day! Found some guests to be very disrespectful of the facilities! Awoke most mornings to find lilos strewn across the lawned areas & a childs paddling pool draped over the lanterns in the gardens. Not exactly the behaviour you would expect at a 4 star FAMILY resort in a quiet area of Ayia Napa. Think the clientelle should be more respectful of other guests. The sunbed situation got progressively worse & were forced some days to go straight to the beach due to the lack of sunbeds. Of course this is no hardship but when you just fancy staying at the pool with the children I think you should be able to find a sunbed to park on!
Stayed halfboard & found the food was always fresh, hot, plentiful and something for everyone. The staff work extremely hard, just wish the other guests were as accommodating as them!
Attitude of the other guests & the disrespetful use of the facilities marred an otherwise lovely holiday.
“ Top Tip: Try Landa Golden Beach across the road from the apartments. It's just as good as the excellent Makronissos & Nissi beach but much less crowded especially on a weekend when the locals descend.

“ We arrived to find out they had "overbooked" and even though we booked 6 months prior, we were the ones to miss out. They got us a taxi to a sister hotel which was not great but adequate until we got a taxi back the next morning and got our room. The room was very good value, seperate living romo / kitchen / large bedroom. Hot showers all day. Breakfast very average. Pool etc all nice. Around 500m to nearby Golden Beach - beware of the cost of food / drink here, better to walk down to Adams Beach where there are more options.
“ Top Tip: Walk to Makronissos Beach, Adams Beach, Golden Beach - all within 10 minutes either way.

“ Hotel was relatively basic but very clean and our appartment was very close to the pool which was ideal. The swimming pool was excellent.
“ Top Tip: We ate at the Garden of Eden for an evening meal which was excellent. Highly recomend it. A day out to the water park is also very worth while.

The Piere Anne Beach Hotel is a contemporary complex of entertainment and resort, composed of two blocks. There are several pools between these blocks. The hotel is recently refurbished and is placed in a tranquil seaside area with natural exuberant surroundings. The Piere Anne is in 350 m distance from the picturesque harbor and just 500 m from the famous Ayia Napa Monastery. The hotel is within a walking distance of the Ayia Napa center with its stormy nightlife, restaurants, taverns, discos and all modern entertainments you would expect. All Rooms are quite comfortable and include private bath/shower and WC, telephone, air conditioning, satellite TV, radio, hair-dryer, balcony with either inland, seaside view and sea view. “ the location of the hotel was perfect short distance by foot to the main town and harbour and situated on the beach. the reception area was welcoming and clean. on our arrival we were allocated a room in the annex not the main hotel.

This hotel comprises a total of 211 rooms and features a foyer with a 24-hour reception, a currency exchange counter, and a hotel safe. A cosy bar and a restaurant cater for guests' culinary needs. “ It was in a great location near to the main nightlife and resturants would go back again but the hotel closed 3 days before we were due to fly back so they moved us to the napa tsokkos which was nice aswell and they gave us free meals there because of this which was great.

This modern complex enjoys a prime location in the resort of Ayia Napa and has views over the beach and the Mediterranean Sea. Facilities include a large outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool, children’s paddle pool, fitness centre, two tennis courts and sauna.
“ We were very pleased with the Hotel but found that at this time of year it was not possible to swim as the outdoor pool was not heated and the indoor pool was very small and cold even though it was supposed to be heated,that was a great disappointment as my daughter and myself love to swim.

“ If you like Scandinavians, who like to keep themselves to themselves and are not very friendly, this hotel is for you. The staff were pleasant and helpful, especially reception. It is right on the small beach so you have the pool and beach as an option, it was very hot when we were there but managed to get sun beds OK.
