“ The Main Reception Area needs to be made more impressive to guests. The villas/bungalows had an ant problem and spray had to used - but in the main hotel building, the cleaning was very good. The bed clothes were very old, using old blankets? The hotel staff were friendly and smiley and the standard of the food was high. In January, there was only one restaurant to eat in and a small bar. The pool area and the inbuilt palm trees were very impressive and the view from my balcony was excellent. The lift was cranky and tiny and sometimes out of order and the stairs were old and dingy. I think they should supply guests with robes and slippers. At the end when I paid my bill I was overcharged by 100 euros!!! The entertainment was like going back in time to the 70s but some may like that. Overall, I enjoyed a short stay, but would not recommend a long stay, as there is little outside of the hotel except the occean. The sand was a greyish colour and very pebbly!

I was not happy with one thing ,which was i booked 2 seaview rooms with you with 2 people in 1 room and 3 in the other i was even sent comfirmation which i printed and took on holihay with me stating this. When we arrived at the hotel i was told the seaview rooms dont sleep 3 people max of 2 only and that the hotel part was full untill the next morning.
We were given garden view instead if i was told this when i booked i would have booked a different hotel i paid about 1800 pounds for something i didnt want.
I will be more carefull in the future if i do book with you on what you are selling.
Apart from that the hotel was lovely

This hotel is very nice and we were absolutely delighted when we woke up and saw the view of the pool and gardens and the sea.
Of course with everything there were drawbacks, we stayed there for 10 nights and we had no hot water the whole of the holiday, it was just luke warm. We didn't complain as we just kept thinking it will get better but we did report it on the 7th day and the reception said it would be dealt with but still no hot water.
Te food was wonderful, great selection and the gala meals were wonderful but again the food never hot
Loved the hotel, location but wouldn't go again because of the water and food situation.

Friendly helpful staff with a very relaxed atmosphere. All inclusive good, with a different theme for the buffet evening meal each day of the week. Would recomend a hire car if you want to visit Larnaca and surrounding area.
Downside in room TV very poor and no radio in room WiFi poor and no free WiFi in reception area.

“ We were delayed for 5 hours by air traffic controllers strike. I tried many times to phone and tell the hotel we would not arrive until after midnight, they eventually answered the phone and this was only around 8 pm.

The Palm Beach Hotel and Bungalows is situated on a sandy beach and is surrounded by stunning tropical and Mediterranean gardens with an abundance of space and understated elegance coupled with hospitality of bygone days. Located only 6 km from Larnaka town centre the hotel's location makes it an ideal base from which to explore the town, Troodos Mountains, Limassol, Nicosia and the Famagusta area. Accommodation includes hotel bedrooms and Garden Studio Bungalows which are located within their own complex complete with lagoon shaped outdoor swimming pool. Facilities are many and varied and include five bars, six restaurants, six swimming pools (three for adults and three for children), modern leisure club and an outdoor children's playground.

Located 8 km from the town centre, the hotel enjoys seclusion from the everyday hustle and bustle but is well connected to the surrounding areas with a regular bus service. The hotel lies on the sandy beach amongst beautiful gardens and boasts a spectacular view of the Mediterranean Sea.
