“ Arranged taxi from hotel to pick us up at airport, it was a white nuckle ride, doing over the speed limit and crossing over white ridged lines at edge of road and charged 60 EUROS for the scare. Hotel was entered by the back, locked block metal gate, very uninviting. The interior of the hotel was very tired, odd chairs and sofas with chipped paint work and in need of refurnished and replaced. Dirty glasses still in view from the night before, on dirty tables. Walked round the hotel only to see weeds growing up round the concrete everywhere. Breakfast at 7.15am was not good looking with not a good selection, fried eggs were stone cold. Main reception was uninviting, with no flower. booked out by 9.00am and found a true 5 star hotel. Will never be back.

Top Tip:
Don't go.
Don't use their taxi if you don't have a sound heart.

Hotel was of a very high standard and I would have no hestitation in using it again. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good mix of nationalities . 5 star for most part but only 3/4 star on restaurant options available at time we visited. Nothing out of the ordinary when busy. It is a little way out of Limassol and there are no shops or restaurants within immediate vicinity except for small mini market/cafe. Good bus service to Limissol. Very few restaurant options available other than main hotel restaurant (end March /early April stay). This was fine for 1 week stay but would become monotonous for longer stays. This restriction should be made clear to potential customers at this time of year. Buffet style in main restaurant - good quality food and variety of. Restaurant very busy at weekends - nearing chaotic at Sunday breakfast. Wouldnt like to see it at peak season! Management need to address this potential congestion factor.
Good mini club facility for under 10`s. At face value good sports facilities available for young teens but little organised activities available. My 14 year old did appreciate the facilities but we provided the entertainment/competition not the hotel! Appreciate this may be a byproduct of timing of our visit but there were other similar aged children around so more organised activities could have been sorted.

Absolute first class hotel - gorgeous surroundings, a wonderfully spacious resort. Despite being 5* and one of the leading Spa Resorts in the world, the hotel maintains an extremely friendly atmosphere, staff are excellent, delivering great service but they are also chatty and show an interest in their guests.
Although there were no children in our party, the hotel is obviously excellent for children as there is plenty for them to do and the staff are extremely child friendly.
As we did not travel in high season (May-Oct), none of the outdoor restaurants were open yet and we had a great half board rate which meant that we were entitled to wonderful buffet dinners in Le Fleuri restaurant with a different theme each night.
“ Top Tip: It is very easy to get to Limassol town on the 30 bus, costing 1Euro each way, but Limassol is currently undergoing some major roadworks and renovations - what promises to be a gorgeous new marina is currently being built which does make Limassol, for now, a bit difficult to get around and the views are compromised. The old town is definitely still worth a visit with some gorgeous little cafes - I recommend Dino's Art Cafe on Erinis and Stretto by the castle. If you venture further up into 'new' Limassol, Gosi Bar and Cafe is a wonderful, modern cafe on Gladstonos with excellent food and drinks.
