FACILITIES:Food, drink and entertainment: Self catering apartments. The local village of Mandria is just a 5 minute walk away with its enchanting tavernas, coffee shops and restaurants. Each apartment unit has a separate car parking space.
Sports & Leisure: Beautifully landscaped gardens, large pool with sunbathing area, and a superb Health and Fitness Spa offering exceptional health and beauty treatments, including a fitness room with state of the art equipment, sauna and steam room, Jacuzzi, showers, air-conditioned studio space for classes and a selection of beauty treatments for both men and women, including a variety of massage styles, facials, body wraps and scrubs, Reiki hot stones and reflexology.
Room Facilities:
The Aphrodite Sands features a choice of one, two, and three bedroom apartments all offering the highest quality self catering holiday experience. All units are tastefully furnished with an open plan lounge and dining area complete with dining suite, sofas, wide screen TV and DVD facilities. Wi-Fi Internet connection is available in all common areas and the apartments are fully air conditioned. The kitchen has a cooker and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, and washing machine.
One bedroom units are for 2 people and have a king size bed, plenty of wardrobe space and a fully fitted bathroom. Two bedroom units can accommodate 4 people and have a master bedroom and twin room, and three bedroom units are for up to 6 people and have two master bedrooms and a twin room. The balcony or terrace has an outdoor table and chairs.

The apartment was fairly new and clean and the complex itself was lovely and clean and quite impressive. The staff were friendly. We went in early November and it was very quiet (perfect for us since we were a bit frazzled from work and were looking forward to just chilling out). There are two lovely pools, a gym and a spa in the complex.
There is no bar or shop or anything at the complex which we had not expected so you will have to go to the shop in the village which literally is a kiosk. There are three tavernas in the village but only one of them was good and that is the main one and the staff were fabulous (as was the food). I am vegetarian and was ale to eat something different every evening which was great.
There is literally nothing to do in mandria which may not suit young people or those with young kids but it was totally perfect for us and there is a bus service which goes to paphos for €2 return. Bargain and a great way to see the other nearby villages
All in all we really enjoyed our trip and would recommend this so long as you are not looking for the high life!

Kontokien (sp?) in the village has the best food and service and was a joy to go to
All the tavernas have free Internet access
The €2 return bus trip to paphos was a total bargain

“ A great self catering complex, I was pleasantly surprised to find the resort is on the edge of a small village, which has a number of Tavernas and Restaurants, as well as a couple of small shops for things like milk and bread etc. The appartment was immaculately appointed with everything you need to help you enjoy your stay.
“ Top Tip: The Fish and Chip restaurant was fantastic. It clearly has a good reputation as people were drving to it from outside the village.
